Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Relief Piles Foundation for your healthcare needs. We are committed to providing high-quality services and care to all our patients. To ensure clarity and understanding, please review our No Refund Policy outlined below.

 

  1. Policy Overview:
    • All payments made for services at Relief Piles Foundation are final. We do not offer refunds for any services rendered or scheduled appointments.
  2. Appointments and Cancellations:
    • Payments for appointments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
  3. Insurance and Payments:
    • Payment for services is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. Insurance claims are processed separately and are not eligible for refund under this policy. Any reimbursement or adjustment due to insurance will be handled directly through the insurance provider.
  4. Exceptions:
    • We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants special consideration, please contact our administrative office. Exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Relief Piles Foundation
  5. Service Disputes:
    • If you have concerns about the quality of service received, please contact our office to discuss your experience. We are committed to addressing any issues and working towards a satisfactory resolution within the scope of our policies.
